"Rooms were clean. Sofa bed mattress needs replacement. Queen beds were exceptionally comfortable!! Rooms were well equipped with towels and bedding - suite was cozy and my family loved being downtown! Hot breakfast was good, but facility lacked sufficient help to manage to keep up with the front desk, preparing food and keeping coffee pot full. "Had a great stay! Customer service was exceptional as was the comfort of the room and bed. The restaurant was delicious and so was the surprise of banana muffins in the morning. Parking was a nightmare on a holiday Friday night and there were a few minor things overlooked by housekeeping but nothing too major to deter from the overall pleasurable experience. "
