"Air conditioner in room is hot, could not lower the temperature. Room is hotter the corridor. Food label in breakfast is not indicate properly. Labelled as orange when it is not. Labelled as mango while it apple juice. Fried rice was at Fried Mee. Labels were there without any movement for 2 days. Not really complain but feedback for more improvement"

"Kaibin apartment is located at the good location - close to( probably 10-15 minutes walk) the center of the city. Subway is just a few minutes' walk as well. The service is a bit slow but ok if you are patient. If you request something, they will do to meet your need. Some rooms has the washer and the dryer. If you need them, they are very useful for stay more than a few days because there is no public laundry in the city and if you don't want to hand wash your soiled clothes. Now, the things...

"This is not a hotel , more like a motel. The promised breakfast is missing. The parking lot is just a narrow street parking. The area is a residential area with dimmed street light and narrow lanes. Expedia should do a better job on rating the properties. "

"In the middle of factory street. No shops around it, at least one more mile in a resident area to find restaurants and shopping stores. Somehow te room AC didn't work well, in the hot day I have to open window let fresh air in to cool down. Not a good location, better choose other hotel, there are plenty hotels around it."
