"Nice, spacy, convenient - right in the center close to trains, restaurants and shops. I flew from USA and came to the hotel at about 1 PM and the lady at the registration desk would not let me into the room until 3 PM - I highly doubt that there were no ready rooms earlier rooms and cleaning was finished in all of them at 3 PM. "There is some construction, the hotel is expanding into an adjacent building. But not very bothersome. The rooms can be small and minimal but I opted for a large room with fridge and micro. NOt much more expensive than a room half the size. Bathroom was excellent, no bathtub but handheld shower and once could regulate water amount and temperature separately, that is if you closed the shower you could trivially restart it with the same temperature setting. Which I appreciate very much....

A very comfortable, quiet room that was really a small apartment with kitchen facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. "Everything is wonderful about this hotel, except the room. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even loaned us an ac adapter to charge our phones until we bought one. "Parking at this place was difficult, as the desk clerk did not give me the proper information that there was an additional parking area which was not sign posted. But what I really didn't like is that I wrote to the hotel manager about this, and she hasn't yet replied. This is a bad sign! In addition, as the hotel is located very close to the port, trucks can idle just outside the back of the hotel while waiting to clear customs. This is really annoying, but the hotel cannot do anything...
