"It was a great stay other than the shower kept scalding me. I had it set at perfect temperature all of a sudden it got scalding hot that I had to get out. Changes the water temp again it was perfect got back in and it was great for 3 minutes then scalded me again. The maids haven’t checked their bathroom stuff as their body wash bottle on the shower wall was empty. "

"The Hilton Garden Inn in Billings is an excellent place to stay. They have a lovely fire pit outside during the summer as well as a attractive lobby with many private seating areas where you can work. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, with excellent pillows and good business setup and a comfortable chair. My only suggestion is they need better coverage for both room service trays to take to and from rooms. As most people many times want to take items upstairs and enjoy something other...

"Our stay at Home2 in Billings exceeded expectations in everyway but most impressive was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. It didnt matter who we encountered their kindness came through in so many ways, holding a door, catching the elevator, offering the wheelchair, friendly greeting, care for my dad who just had surgery.... Not to mention the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. Thank you! "
