"This is definitely budget accommodation, the unit was not flash and the upkeep to our unit poor, washing machine didn't spin out (leaving clothes very wet) and the door jammed making it difficult to exit (lucky we didn't have to exit in a hurry. However, if these things don't both you then the location is amazing, and there is a good variety of facilities. The staff were very helpful with extending our booking a further night when we had to change plans late at night. My conclusion is the staff...

"This proper B and B is absolutely perfect. First the location on a ridge gives stunning views overlooking the river valley and the hills/mountains beyond. Second the luxurious home - private guest suite with comfortable bed, huge bathroom, and a shared lounge in which breakfast was served. Third, the warm and gracious hosts ( and their two Australian shepherd dogs) who have the place perfectly fitted out for guests. And the breakfast was terrific. "I just love how they called their peacocks as "free range chicken" They are very pretty and chill. Melissa has been super helpful and i definitely will come back! The cottage is super honey and clean :) Only thing is the air cond is not strong enough for a very heaty day."
