Also just few blocks away from the markets, etc. You can ask the hotel staff to schedule taxis for you so you're not waiting for ubers in the morning, as it could get busy and a long wait. I see a lot of business professionals staying at this hotel so it's geared towards business travel which is great. There's an italian restaurant...

"Great hotel. We were initially charged an additional guest fee despite my receipt saying it was for 2 people already. They refunded the charge without hesitation upon check-in later in the day. Was able to store our luggage before check-in and they were located in the room upon check-in. Provided breakfast as well."

"I really can't believe $32usd able to stay a single room with almost everythings you need, including, AC, refrig, shower, blower even comes with 2 condoms. The price is suitable for a backpackers or someone travel alone just like to sleep w／o an official business meeting. However, I notice also have family or couple stays that means the quality is not bad. The reason I stays 4 days because I had an appointments with Dr. Nothing else, not necessary for a fancy hotel , "
