"The room was quiet, clean, and spacious. This is the 3rd aLoft hotel that we’ve stayed at and it’s right in tune with the others as far as cool/hip decor, pool table downstairs in the lobby, and pretty decent coffee in the room. Side Note: this hotel uses DryBar products and they smell absolutely amazing! "

"Nice clean close to mall. Had to pay to self park which i thought was unfair being we were booked at the hotel should have been free . "

"The first room we were in didn’t have working plugs in half the room and there was a problem in the shower, but they moved us immediately. The rooms were beautiful, the staff was so sweet, the place was immaculate, it was probably one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We’ll definitely be back! "

"I had a terrible day due to a death in my family and when I arrived I was clearly upset and in tears. The staff, including the manager could tell I was distressed. They offered me dinner and water. They offered to get my bags to my room. The manager went out of her way to help me. I am normally a calm person but being away from home during a death was upsetting. They did all they could to comfort me. They went way above and beyond. "
