"The property was very clean, although somewhat dated and in need of refurbishment. It is situated in a very convenient location, close to everything including the Mall, transportation and Southbank. I have no hesitation to recommend this accommodation if you are in Brisbane looking to do some sightseeing. "

"The restaurant whilst I believe not connected to the motel but advertised extensively in the rooms is a disaster . At 8.30 am we went to the restaurant to have a buffet breakfast as advertised on a board just outside the restaurant . Once inside we were told they were not doing the buffet . We ordered our breakfast inc. iced coffee on the menu but were told she did not know how to make iced coffee . At this point there was only 3 other people in the restaurant. "Rocklea International was comfortable and convenient for the night we stayed. Its position next to a motorway made it a noisy location but not too noisy. Having a pub and bottle shop opposite was good, but there was not much else in walking distance. "
