"We found the Aloft staff to be generally helpful and very friendly. The property had very good amenities was well fitted and comfortable. Laundry facilities were very good and common areas were well appointed. Anne, Michael and Aaron shone out as helpful and very willing to provide good service in this relatively new property. Convenient location with great access to the city. Pricing good. "

"As a first time traveller to Germany from the UK, I was slighly sceptical about using Hotel Spahr. But to my surprise this place was amazing, parking was easy. Unfortunately when I arrived it was evening time so parking around the front had been taken. But the gentleman who runs the front desk opened the underground garage for me and allowed me to park there for the two nights that I stayed. I didn't even know there was an underground garage. "Loved it!!! Everything from the first moment we walked into the hotel to check out was delightful. The staff are super-friendly and efficient. Our room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had the best dishes, fruits, and beverages. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay. We are very grateful to the staff. We will stay there again! "
