"Hotel very clean and comfortable, great room and bed, nice bar/lounge area. However one reason i booked this hotel was of the spa facilities, which were disappointing, the sauna and steam room were poor temperature wise, and the indoor pool was quite cool. Cooked breakfast could have been better. "

"Hotel is stunning and in a beautiful location. Check in queue took around 20 mins to get through but otherwise pleasant. Room was on floor1, room was nice but no fridge as stated ! This needs to be known for those who carry insulin pens and need to store them in the fridge or other medication that requires refrigeration.The bed was big and comfortable. No glasses in the bathroom so nothing to rinse with after brushing. Decor was dated and a lot of cobwebs around the ceiling. Otherwise all clean...

"Room was small requested middle floor got top requested bath got shower. Some of the bedroom doors wouldn't shut properly so had to slam them which isn't good when people come in late at night. Good points all clean and a really good breakfast "

"Comfortable nights sleep, the food was excellent, high quality ingredients and cooked beautifully. Only 2 things that where bit of issue was £10 a day parking at hotel, which was extra think for the money you pay to stay, it should be included. The hotel spa wasn’t working due to refurbishment but didn’t know about it until we arrived ."
