"Generally, it was an excellent sojourn. In order to access the property, I had to communicate with one of the staff. She seemed to be very kind and amiable. She upgraded my booking to an ensuite room. The airconditioner was powerful and I appreciated the extra blankets. No complaints! Tip: I recommend rendering a visit to the butcher (in the vicinity). "

Poor condition, really stained carpets and shower in bathtub with half screen unusable to us. Unable to shower so we had to leave one day early. Furniture and floors sticky to touch. We think a through scrub out might have helped. The whole cabin needed some attention and maintenance. Two out of three external safety lights not working. Not good for a person who uses...

"The cabin was spotless but very run down. Chair on the veranda was torn and unable to be used. Dinning chair was broken. Light bulbs need replacing. Wood on the veranda was rotten. Could be lovely if the owners spent some money on it."

"The property sits on 200 acres, is very private and peaceful with beautiful gardens. My only regret is that they don't provide a nice breakfast. The shops are about 6 klms away with plenty of food places to choose from. I would have liked to learn a bit of the history of the property but there was no opportunity to speak to the owner and no information was provided in the room."
