"This property is located in a beautiful place, room was ok, and staff was friendly. However the hotel site and the ad are misleading and I will explain why. My friends and I were on a two week road-trip and this was our final stop before driving home to Germany. We selected the hotel and decided to pay a little extra because this place advertised a beautiful Spa and wellness area, open year round (this still shows on the site). "This property is so peaceful and clean. Good location and close to all Bled activities if you have a car. They had our room ready early which as a lovely surprise for us. Our beds were very comfortable . Breakfast was delicious. They served many delicious options and we left very full and satisfied. The staff was kind and helpful also. I recommend this stay! "

"If you are visiting Lake Bled this is a great place to stay as you are only a 10 minute drive away . There is on site parking which is included . The breakfast area was cozy and had all the basics needed to start your day and was also included . There are several restaurants nearby to choose from for lunch or dinner . The area is super quiet and we enjoyed just sitting on our balcony taking it all in .There is no front desk at this hotel which I was a little leary about the automated check in...

"Staff was helpful and polite. The rooms and facilities were pristine. Location is tucked away a little (ideal) and a 5 minute walk to the lake. I had dinner at the restaurant one evening — extensive wine selection and great food. Highly recommend!"

"The room was listed as having a king and a queen bed, but there was only one bed. The property blamed hotels.com for having the wrong information in the list. They took care of this by giving us an additional room. However, a full month after my stay I was charged a second time for some unknown reason and the hotel does not answer their phone, return calls, nor reply to emails to resolve the issue."

"We had a spectacular stay here…the room was comfortable and the staff was very nice. The breakfast in the morning was an added plus- including made-to-order eggs. This hotel was only a short walk to the lake, which we enjoyed very much."
