"Iamhotel? No you are not. The worst hotel experience in my life. There was no air conditioning in the room and there is no soap shampoo. Only one set of the towel and they didn’t fill out. "

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and each time have found it to be clean and comfortable with large, spacious rooms. Unfortunately, each time it has rained, so we couldn't really enjoy the nice hiking trails adjoining the property. But, each time we have enjoyed the fantastic sauna/wellness area and the tasty breakfasts. JUFA's are very family oriented hotels and there were two school groups there the night we stayed and the kids were fairly rowdy when we arrived, but were quiet from 9pm...

"This was a great place for our family to stay in Steiermark. The staff/owners were extremely polite and friendly. The room, restaurant, and bathrooms were spotless. You can tell there is a lot of pride in their property and in what they do. Breakfast is great, but also be sure to eat dinner there—the food is fresh and delicious. We ate there twice on our stay and loved every bite. "

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Arrived no hot water, internet did not work for two days,there was a bat in our room one day. Room was very hot. Room was very sparse not even Kleenex. Very kid friendly kids running up and down hill from early morning to night. Not recommended if you do not have kids"

"Brilliant, from a great welcome through to a large comfortable room, a good shower/bathroom, the Chef came to discuss our evening meal whilst we relaxed with good beer and then delivered an excellent meal which topped the day. The bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was good with fresh eggs and a good buffet. We'll call in again."
