"Had a great time with the family and we had a great time at rhe arcade, waterpark and restaurants. Showboat is really stepping it up and revamping their casino to be family friendly and stay in line with the latest trends and fashions. Keep up the amazing work! "The hotel experience was great. Guest services were professional and helpful The amenities were good. I will say that the concerns I had were with the faucet and piping in the bathroom. The piping looked to be constructed that was not flush against the wall. The other issue I had was with the carbon monoxide alarm which glowed green and interrupted my sleep during the evening. I adjusted and wore a sleep mask."
