"The customer service was top notch by all the staff we encountered and dealt with. We were overall very happy with our stay. We went to CT, sadly, for a funeral. Knowing that, the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate and comfort us however they could. "

"One guest was going to the hospital in the -AM and wanted to be close.neither had heard of a 20$ parking fee. There was a toilet plunger outside the room next door and the shower did not drain while we were there "
