"The hotel was in a good area, close to the city center, very walkable. The room wasn't large but it was clean and laid out very well. Lots of well planned storage options with built-in drawers and cupboards. The parking was convenient, under the hotel, tight spaces and entry/exit if you have a larger vehicle, otherwise clean and safe. It was very quiet and comfortable stay."

"Nice location, great breakfast, and a comfy room. Very clean except some dark corners in the shower stall, and the bed linens were so clean that their smell of detergent was a bit overpowering. The room was a bit dark, with no light by the bed - but I grabbed a floor lamp from the hallway that solved the issue."

The room was adequate, the bathroom was a bit tight, felt like in a space capsule. Sleep was comfortable. Had a desk to do my remote work. Walking distance to the U-Bahn station. "Since 2018 I've been staying in the Grey Hotel for over 50 nights in total but I don't find any reason to switch to another hotel. Located inside Wallring, 2 minute walk from Dortmund Hbf and staff is helpful. I'll keep using it when I have a business trip to Dortmund."
