"The property is great. The staff is awful. Very standoffish. They make you feel that you are an inconvenience. I never received a email in regards to their dining policy. We arrived around 7pm and had to drive back into town to find food. Overall it was a huge disappointment. With a friendly staff it would be amazing. "

I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing.
