"The key reason of staying here is the safari drives and seeing the animals. And this did not disappoint!!! Our guide Vestment was absolutely incredible! He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and got us up close and personal with so many animals. We had the best pictures and videos of all the animals we wanted (except for the elusive cheetah). The luxury tents were nice, but we were there during a very hot period so spent much mid-day time in the pool. The food was really good with nice options...

"Hard sell for activities, food baskets etc from before you even arrive is very offputting. The complete and utter lack of care to even think about assisting with the room request was galling, particulary when when when it turns out the camp was not fully booked as we'd been told....Lastly, the units are waaay too close together. "A 30 minute drive from the Opren gate of Kruger Park and a good price/value considering other nearby accommodations are much higher priced. Seemed to be newer with a good air conditioner and was clean. This is not a true boutique hotel but more like a rental of a large 1 bedroom 2 story townhouse in a gated townhouse community on a hilltop. "Our stay at Pezulu Tree House was amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful. And what an extraordinary experience to sleep in a tree house. We booked 2 whole-day tours in the Kruger park, a morning “Off the Beaten Track” and a Sunset tour with Akani, who is very talented, knowledgeable about wildlife and has laser eyes to spot animals in the far distance! The other highlight was the dining experience with great food in front of a fire pit. We definitely would love to come back !"
