I called the day before to advise that I may be late in checking in. The response was aggressively that they knock off at 9pm, not offering any alternatives to that. When arriving at 8pm, I was reminded that I was EARLY! I was then attacked for paying the wrong fee. I had simply booked and paid the rate...
