"Very conflicted about this hotel and I don't think I would recommend it. The basic twin room we booked was not really like the pictures on here, but it was fine - very small. No air conditioning so during a heat wave this was very uncomfortable - there was a door to a balconette which we opened only to have an invasion of bugs in the room. "The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. "

"Place was hidden in a neighborhood off the beaten path. But the did a fantastic job at combining some homes together into a small hotel. It felt BRAND NEW. Like within the last year. Very clean. Cheap Mini bar. Restaurant and Severely over priced bar. A bottle of vodka in Brno is about 7 Euro give or take. They sold me a 70cL bottle for $86. "The absence of customer-facing people is a problem. I tried to get check-in instructions by emailing in advance, and calling the Penzion, but only got them on the day of my arrival. My room was separated from its wc and shower by a corridor which also led to the office. The curtain was coming off the curtain rail and the curtain rail was coming off the wall.
