"If you, like me, were drawn in by the main image of beanbags on the beach, don't be. Whilst this is a bar owned by the hotel, you don't get access unless you buy drinks at the bar. As a mother with two young kids, this didn't happen and we didn't end up eating breakfast lounging on the beanbags with a view of the sea as I envisaged, but rather in the, not quite so fun, basic restaurant area behind the bar. "The hotel is still under major construction. They offer bare minimum amenities List coffee machine in room but you have to pay to use it 9eu per pod 1 working bathroom on the grounds. Dust and gravel everywhere. WiFi is terrible TV reception is terrible Our room was new and starts off clean. Until you bring the construction debris inside from walking in it. I nearly broke my neck walking into the beach day one because One floor board was not even with the rest. "

"Underbart par som driver detta hotell. Supervänliga, givmilda och umgicks gärna. Skapade en väldigt familjär atmosfär för oss och andra gäster. Egen strand med solstol ingår. Poolen var inte färdigbyggd när vi var där men det gjorde oss ingenting. I skrivande stund är den förmodligen klar inom några veckor. Maten runtomkring var jättegod och hotellet bjöd på ett fint utbud till frukost. Kan varmt rekommendera!"

They told me they do not have my reservation and they do not do business with hotels.com Tried to contact hotels.con for 3 hours, “worst costumar service ever” hotels.con send me an email at 1am saying that the hotel canceled my reservation. They have not refund my money yet. Do not book with hotels.com. You will end up sleeping in a car like me and my family. "

"I stayed 2 nights here at this brand new hotel property. From check-in to check-out, everything was beyond exceptional. George and Dimitri were so friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. "I suggest to check in as early as possible. Checking in after beaching will most likely result in them selling your room and giving you a downgrade if you don’t pay attention. Facility is luxurious but the staff and service are poorly. Guests not happy and arguments always with receptionist. Not even an iron in rooms and the one offered wasn’t working properly. Parking is a bit of challenge if crowded and unsupervised, anyone can come park there and not be noticed. "
