"Great place to stay. Staff was excellent and friendly. Small hotel so they know who you are and how to assist. Breakfast was plentiful and good variety. Rooms were ample size and we had two pooches with us. Couple minute walk to the downtown area and plenty of dining or shopping options. recommend staying here."

"I got to the train station at 6pm. There were no taxis. I called the hotel. The person who answered spoke Italian only. He gave me a number of a taxi station, which wasn't available. I ended up walking 1h20m in the cold, dark weather, sometimes with no side walks. I think he should've connected me to another employee, who speaks English, and figure out a solution. "A real gem of a hotel hidden away but well worth a stay. I stayed for two night son business and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is easy to find. Parking is free and secure. The hotel has a real welcoming ambience and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had an early morning check-out and the hotel opened up reception just for me! Thank you. Room was very modern and had a full Sky TV package as standard. Very nice stay. Will definitely stay here again when I am in the area. Thank...
