"What a gem of a find. The room was very comfortable, with a lovely veranda. Bathroom was clean - water pressure strong and there is hot water. Away from the busy town area of Tam Coc but walking distance. The area around is peaceful. Staff were very helpful, kind and chatty. I would stay here again. There is a good local restaurant just right next door as well."

"Tommy and Lily are great hosts who provide a lovely place to stay in Tam Coc which is down a small street off the main road which means it is quieter but still 2 minutes from restaurants etc. Breakfast is freshly cooked which is nice. Try the banana pancake. Tommy and Lily arranged cars to take us different places which saved us a lot of time and he also made recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to go. Overall we would recommend 100%"

"Friendly staff and big clean room. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was abit far from the walking street, more than 10 minutes walk. Really disappointed with their air conditioning. We cannot set the temperature in our room. We called reception few time throughout the night to set the temperature cooler and they cannot do it. We couldn’t sleep the whole night as the room was warm and sticky. Lucky it winter can’t imagine how hot it will be in summer "
