"The staff was friendly and nice, because of them I wouldn’t want to give a bad rating but this is for anyone that is thinking about staying here. The room was dirty, pillows and blankets were stained, bathroom was dirty and small, the hairbrush that is left in the bathroom for guests had hair on it from a random person, you can tell it wasn’t clean. The humidity was very bad, stepping on the floor made your feet wet and the towels and bed sheets were moist, there was also a very strong smell of...

"This hotel had a beautiful courtyard and small pool although we didn’t get to use it during our stay. We stayed on the top floor and the room itself was lovely with high bamboo ceilings. I also appreciated that it had a large double vanity sink area. What was weird was no hand soap by the sinks so you had to walk in the shower and squeeze out body gel every time you wanted to wash your hands. Also, the guy at the front desk didn't seem very friendly and didn’t answer the phone when we tried...

"We absolutely loved our stay at ChezCao Rice Field Ecolodge! The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great selection of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The view of the rice fields was simply magical. Unfortunately, the cloudy and cold weather meant we couldn’t use the pool, but that didn’t take away from the experience. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Ninh Binh!"

"The hotel is a bit far from the center, the walk isn't very pleasant. Especially when it's rainy. Some kind of broadcasting with speaker going on early (5am) and in the afternoon . It's out of the hotel's control but it was noisy. The pool area needs some updates. The breakfast buffet choices were limited in all aspects. "
