"We only stayed 1 night. Room was ok but a bit outdated. The bathroom was weird as it had a roller shutter and couldn't close properly, so you had a view of it from the bed. The Casino was a 5 minute walk and there was plenty of restaurants to choose from. Staff were lovely and very helpful."

"This place is absolutely stunning! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the owners, we were made to feel at home. The grounds are spectacular, the room well equipped, immaculately clean and the staff all amazing. The breakfast is fabulous, with freshly made omelettes, fruit, cereals, toast and meats and cheeses. A.J. was an exceptional host who even took us on a walk through the town on his way to the university. Don't miss the shop with the giraffes out front. You will find a kind shopkeeper and plenty of gift options. There is good hiking within a kilometer of the hotel."

"Good day, I advise the host I arrived at the hotels, and the area was unsafe, and my car could not be parked safe. I had to find a last-minute accommodation after 5pm on a Wednesday evening during driving through peek Cpt traffic. All had to happen before my function started at 6pm. Not that I expected a refund but would've appreciated some kind an olive branch from the host just as a suggestion. As it was quite a stressful experience finding alternative accommodation."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Laborie Estate. The estate is beautiful, wonderful views, great breakfast and a cozy apartment. Everyday fresh water in the fridge, coffee in the room, everyone was very friendly. Only comment I have is that it felt a bit anonymous and communication wasn‘t too great. We arrived late due to a delay in our flight, and we were just left with a message that due to problems with the credit card they were to cancel our room if we don’t show up till 5pm.
