"I wish the staff were a bit more attentive. I felt like I was in a Holiday Inn Express. Very impersonal. They also do not have rooms equipped for handicapped access or rooms that are equipped for that purpose. The beds were too high for my 90-year-old mother-in-law. There were no handrails in the bathroom or shower area, which was very dangerous. If you are considering a hotel that is equipped, look elsewhere."

"This is a beautiful ranch style farm stay. If you really want to experience all of Mexico’s beauty stay here. It is so convieniently located to Peña de Bernal and Tequis. "‘Hosts’ were super kind and inviting. Hotel is over 100 years old-decor goes with it. Hotel rooms are right off the courtyard of the restaurant, which is very loud, BUT the restaurant does close at 6 so sleeping is not a problem. Maybe morning wake up. "The only thing we liked about this place was being unique , the hotel does not comply with safety and comfort, this property was not fully equipped. It didn’t have fans, TV’s or a/c , the water was super cold . This place/hotel will be better for camping rather than a regular hotel Unfortunately we were disappointed. Also their price was too much for what they have to offer. In the downtown we found better hotels within feet’s from the attractions and more comfortable "
