"The hotel is located far from city and the look can make you make you half turn and go back. You catch the motorway A81 in less than 5 mins. However when you enter the hotel, talk to the staff, get into your room, toilet and order for dinner then you do appreciate your choice of coming here. The staff are nice service oriented and without any manners. I was given room on the zero floor which was fine. Bed was good, space was 3 star normal size and staff was great by putting a bed for our kid...

"The hotel looks a little shabby from the exterior however once you enter your room it is a whole new experience. The room was clean, had a coffee machine, comfy bed and pillows and flat screen TV. plenty of wardrobe space. Bathroom had a great shower, large lit mirror, hairdryer, heated towel rail and clean soft towels. Room had controllable heating too."

It's very hard to find a space outside so I had to be dropped by my husband to go in the lobby and ask for how to get into parking. Not explained properly in property description"

"Great hotel, C4 bus takes you to the city centre and railway station (but don't use the stop opposite the hotel as it doesn't stop there). Alternatively the Atalante metro station is 15 mins walk away come out of the hotel, turn left, cross the road take the first road on the right passing the Intermarche petrol station. The metro also takes you to the city centre and main railway station (direction Gaite). Hotel staff were very helpful and the breakfast was plentiful. The bed was very...
