"It is a small very clean hotel, well maintained and neat. The rooms were very clean and the hotel is well located. The staff and the manager were extremely helpful and polite. Marcos (owner and manager) is an amazing guy. He offered us free of charge breakfast and he even gave us a free ride to the train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bressanone and I will certainly stay there when I visit Brixen again."

I used the phone number quoted and eventually got told a room number and I used what I now know was a master key so when I opened the room I was told to use it was already occupied, luckily the lady wasn’t actually in the room!
