Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. Having prepaid we want a full refund. "

"Booked the room located on the ground floor. Note that it is accessed via a door from the street and then down four or five steps. As such it feels a bit like you are in a basement. There is a window to the front into the street. The only other light is from side windows into a ventilation shaft that doubles as a staircase for the upstairs.
