"Very nice hotel close to the Therme. The hotel aslo assisted with discounted entry passes for the San Pellegrino Therme up the road which is much appreciated. The rooms are in a very good condition and the breakfast served is good. I will be happy to stay at this hotel again. "

"Lovely hotel, on site parking which was free on the Sat night/sunday we were there - may be payable @ other times. We booked a family room with one large double and two single beds. Lovely big room with lots of space. Even though the shower was a little tired I liked that the main bathroom had an attached room with an additional large sink which allowed others to wash/brush teeth while someone else was secure in the main shower room/toilet. Breakfast was varied and nice. Village was cute, pizza...

"The hotel was conveniently located near the thermal spa and I was able to stay & enjoy until the evening. The area is so picturesque and loved strolling around the shops. The breakfast is great with baked pastries.I can hear the water pipes from adjoining rooms ,it didn't bother me since I brought earplugs. There is no aircon but you can open the windows."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I particularly liked the dinner that was served. It included a three-course meal with wine. It was my first ever experience. My only regret is that I didn't have another chance to dine in their restaurant, as I spent most of my day in Milan. Would love to visit again some time in the future!"

"The woman at the front deal is the most pleasant person we've met in a long time. She was wonderful. The room was great too, clean and comfortable. The balcony was large with a great view. Breakfast was delicious and everything went smoothly. "

"We were only here for one night, and had to leave early so we missed out of the breakfast. The property is very nice, very quiet, and had plenty of parking. The room was good and met our needs, but could be a little cleaner. The bathroom and "rain" style shower was incredible. What could have been better, we could see handprints on the wall from pervious guests and the shower drain did not drain fast enough to keep up with the shower. Overall, I should certainly stay here again."

"The hotel though slightly dated is good quality with large rooms and comfortable beds. The main issue is as the bathroom was fitted out a while ago the shower cubicle is small. But this is not unusual in Italy! We didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was good. The grounds had plenty of space to park and to exercise our dog. Overall we would certainly stay at the San Pancrazio again."

"this property has so much potential but the lack of service and care to our stay was disappointing. we waited over 30 minutes in reception and no one showed. I had to go behind the reception and use their phone to try to call someone. no appologies just told they were on a break. later that evening the ceiling leaked, water was all over the floor and again there was no one in reception to help. We assumed it was the air con (which was on prior to our arrival) so we turned it off, mopped up...
