"Quite simply the nicest and friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. We arrived early and they very kindly let us in to our room. The seafront location is brilliant, it is amazing to sit and watch the surfers from the terrace bar and the food in the restaurant was very good indeed. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the parking easy and convenient. We are already looking forward to coming again."

"Studio was well equipped, comfortable and quiet. Bathroom clean, shower good with lots of hot water. Pool area lovely, lots of sun loungers. The area outside the studios looks very desolate and not well maintained, this may be due to the location - we were on the sea side of the complex which is across the road from the main facilities and the pool area which is the forest side. "Absolutely disgraceful!!! No one there after 7pm to check us in. Then they lied to hotels.com saying staff were there until 3am. The hotel opposite said the place is for the poorly and elderly and were not sure why they are on hotels.com !!??"

"No window screen, no ac and no fan - at minimum a fan should be provided. Otherwise good location, good breakfast and a comfortable room."

"Worst experience ever. Place was completely dirty and disgusting. Spiders and bugs everywhere inside. Spiderwebs, dust and uncleaned conditions. Totally not Corona-proof. Booked two nights but left immediately after the first night. They refused a refund while they did not keep their property clean and safe. Stay away!!!"
