"Great Stay...we live in Virginia Beach and booked a room so we wouldnt have to drive hom after bringing in the New Year! The check in pricess was smooth and we received a hi floor room which we requested. All went well and wew even granted a late check out the next day! Housekeeping staff was nice and i truly would book here again!! "

"Parking in the garage was a little stressful. Spots didn’t seem very big and lots of concrete pillars to avoid. Ricky at the desk was very helpful with anything we needed. "

"We had a great stay here for New Year's Eve! It was only a 5 minute walk to the party at The Main Hotel and a lot less expensive than the other downtown hotels. "This is a beautiful hotel and although it felt a little lacking in friendliness of staff from first impressions. It turned out to be a very nice getaway. "We had a great stay at this hotel. It is very clean and beautifully decorated. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. The bartenders were excellent! We never ate in the restaurant but did eat at the bar one night. The food was a 7/10. We were a little surprised that the hotel did not offer free coffee or breakfast. We paid $10 for 2 cups of coffee and was told breakfast was $16 per person. Besides the costs of food and beverages, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future. "

"Our stay was fabulous. The front desk staff were all wonderful. Our only problem was when our room was SUPPOSE TO BE CLEANED, WASN'T. On our 3 day we requested that our room be cleaned. Unfortunately IT WASN'T. The room wasn't even touched/ cleaned when we returned at 11pm at night. We had to call the front desk to tell them.
