"I have stayed here a few years back before the remodel. The new floors look nice, but my shoes stuck to them with every step. It was not that way in the bathroom, so I know my shoes were clean. I don't know if it was the cleaning product that was used, leaving a residue? Had my shoes on the whole time though, because I didn't want to walk in my socks/bare feet. Otherwise, it was a quiet stay with friendly staff."

"Spent the night at the Rathbone for a couple's weekend and we were very pleased. The contactless entry process, code, etc. was well communicated. We were able to check in, and come and go, without hassle or interruption. The building has been excellently remodeled/updated and was immaculately clean.
