"Staff lacking friendliness. Balcony to be shared with neighbour without notification or any kind of separation outside. Was locked out of my room once late in the evening after key card had not been re- activated after I previously made sure my extension had been recognised at reception twice ( sincerity received no confirmation email). "Very cute hotel with very kind/nice staffs!! Breakfast was tasty. Front desk closes at 9pm, so if you arrive later than that, you need to communicate with hotel how to receive your room key. My room has eaves and felt super tight at the shower, so you may tell tem you need room with high ceiling if you are tall. "

"This place is interesting. It is not like a typical hotel. They have staff thru normal business hours but shut down after 9pm. The hallways go dark & you feel as tho you are in an abandoned apartment building. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were not. Shower is small. Bathroom is small & tight. The room is small. "
