"Hotel itself is up a very steep hill and a bit far from Munnar, only suitable if you have a driver. The staff are what make this hotel and the views. The hotel itself is quite noisy as the rooms are around an atrium and not we’ll sound proof. We were unfortunate to stay when a large Indian family were also visiting and they were extremely noisy going between rooms and shouting in the corridor/atrium. The staff moved our room and helped as best they could."

"Overall, the property was very nice and good value. Just a couple of maintenance related issues such as the balcony door was misaligned and was not easy to lock. The bathroom door was squeaky and the bright air conditioning light would not turn off with the remote. I also strongly recommend the management to consider putting some contrast strips on stairs. Just make it easier for people with low vision to navigate. Overall, the property is very nice comfortable, staff is very nice and friendly....

"Location was super. The hotel looks good in appearance. The room was big, clean but not noise proof. The maintenance was bad expecially of rest room, was slippery and wet. "Location : Access is restricted and through dirty broken bylanes. Barking dogs in the adjacent shanties will keep you awake through the night. Hotel management does not have any control over these. Extremely expensive for the facilities it offers and its location. The Receptionist (Manikandan) was out to swindle us even for small things like auto fare and tickets for cultural shows. Food is okay, nothing great. Property looks good only in photographs."
