Cristina, the manager of the hotel told us she did not receive our Expedia reservation and that they no longer worked with Expedia. It was 21h, we found ourselves without accommodation, and instead of being sorry and finding a solution, she did not care, was rude and told us to call Expedia. "Jerte er en hyggelig lille og autentisk by. Overnatningsstedet er fint indrettet, med veludstyret køkken med fint udstyr så man selv kan lave mad. Der er ingen aircon på værelserne, men der var et par blæsere vi brugte om natten så vi kunne holde til varmen. Pool området er fantastisk og ugenert med fantastisk udkig over bjergene på begge sider. Alt i alt er lejligheden i orden og værten er mægtig sød. "
