"Best thing about this hotel is the aurora calling service, was able to view the aurora while our stay, love the view since it’s a lake at the back of the hotel and make it easier to take aurora photos there. Towels not so clean and housekeeping did not check the shower gel bottles as it was empty when we checked in. Staffs are helpful to give us extra bottle of shower gel to use, overall still recommend for this hotel."

This would not have been an issue had we have known but only found out after the first night when they ate my chocolate which would not have been left out had we known. We also found droppings in the kitchen draws and fireplace behind which was a mousetrap!
