"2 night stay - Shuttle service very good, it can be very crowded at peak times. Very busy hotel with many rooms and is practical for business use. The shuttle takes roughly 10/15mins from/ to the terminal. Boiler broke down first morning being there so no hot water. Television did not work, asked reception to look at it at 9am and when I got back to my room at 7pm, it had not been sorted out. "Pros - Lovely hotel and excellent staff. Good breakfast. Well located for local train station. Quiet, clean and very comfortable. Cons - no kitchen, so lunch / dinner is brought in (pizza). Lots of building work surrounding the hotel, which can make it muddy when walking to the hotel."
