"The exceptionally kind reception staff gave us a free upgrade to the amazing cottage suite when they noticed I had mobility issues. "Lovely, friendly hotel in a good but somewhat uphill location. Good service from helpful staff though a little old fashioned in decor. The shower was a little small and the sink in the bedroom was slightly odd but it was all clean and comfortable. Breakfast was waiter served, generous and tasty"

"Beauty room very clean with harden view. I chose the Superior Double room with garden view. Amazing room the only thing missing in the room was bottle's of water . Especially when choose a Superior double for £240 i except a list bottle of water in the room . In other hotels i normally stau in St Peter Port and just a normal room they alway provide with water . One sparkling & natural. Otherwise everything was good! "

"Location and actual building and facilities very good. Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast of very good standard. Small items requiring attention specific to Room 15. 1. Mattress worn out and requires renewal. 2. Bathroom door Jamming at top requiring a real effort to get it closed. 3. Whilst the shower is excellent, the on / off control is so tight it cannot be operated with wet / soapy hands. It needs attention. Having said all this, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel."
