"This hotel has a fantastic location in the center of Cochem and next to the Mosel river. All staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was varied and plentiful. A great choice for a stay in Cochem!"

"Stayed for 2 night and my room was damp and bed wet, couldn’t sleep and had to get a new room at 1am when I had to leave at 6am to my next stop in the road trip, when I arrived at the next destination I open my suitcase and all my clothes are damp and destroyed "

"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "The hotel was central to everything and was right on the Moselle river. I highly recommend their breakfast it was spectacular! We were traveling from city to city by bikes and they had hotel storage for our bikes. They were not able to do early check in but they had luggage storage which allowed us to walk around town freely. We will definitely stay again!"

"The location and views were incredible! Our room was lovely; very clean, comfortable and charming. and there was so much care and detail for our 5 year old: special sheep sheets, a kids dining set for breakfast- it really made her feel special. Breakfast was delicious, and the stocked fridge to purchase beer or wine was really nice in the evening after we put our little one to sleep - we had a beer on our balcony looking up at the castle and out to the river. We will definitely need to return! "
