"The room was a bit cramped, with the desk chair bumping up against one of the beds, and too few mains outlets. But it was fine for a brief stay, and the staff was very courteous, even preparing me a takeaway breakfast because I had to leave in the early morning."

"Had a lovely stay at Hotel Maria, the staff were all lovely and welcoming, with excellent English. The location is great...10 min walk to the town square and some great pubs close by. The breakfast was a small but good selection of different items and I never left the breakfast room feeling hungry."

"We recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-day getaway, and it was fantastic. The hotel appears to be recently renovated, featuring clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious and well-organized, ensuring each room knows exactly where to sit, which avoids any confusion. However, breakfast hours are a bit limited, running only from 8-9 AM. "We stayed at this property due to being stranded in Ostrava during the Central Europe floods while in transit to Krakow. It wouldn’t be our first choice of hotels but any port in a storm. The staff were helpful but the property is probably 2 star at best "

"No air conditioning in the room, no bin in the room, no kettle in the room The only positive I can say is about the staff that prepared breakfast every morning , so polite ever so helpful with their smiles on their faces . Thank you ladies for providing me with a boiled water every single morning , you were amazing. Reception very poor knowledge how to get around , won’t stay there again "

"When we arrived at 3 am receptionist was really friendly she gave us the key to our room,( room 13 ). The room was clean but very noisy.
