"Primera vez que visitamos este hotel mi familia y yo, y para ser de la zona de Chachalacas está increíble, tiene una vista al río Actopan muy bonita, que hace combinación con la alberca y la fachada de las cabañas, muy buena para fotos Instagrameables. Lo único malo es que se escucha lo que hacen y hablan los de las habitaciones de junto, nuestros vecinos tenía la televisión encendida hasta altas horas de la noche lo que no permitía dormir. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien, incluyendo el desayuno...

"It was nice. The bed was uncomfortable and i asked them to replace a light bulb but they did not. The sheets and towels had stains on them. The staff was friendly and the grounds are beautiful. Room service wasn't good. "

"It's old and a bit dark but the feeling of privacy is there to make it like a home for long stays. It's now closed and hopefully not permanently or for a remodel that will make the prices go up. The staff was always helpful. Hopefully the workers are paid for their time off from work considering it's not their fault they lost their jobs. But it's Mexico and labor has no protection there and that's why so many Mexicans make the journey north to the United States. Hopefully Trump is a 4 year...

"The hotel is in a great location (just a block from the Zocalo with lots of food options) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had taken the overnight bus in from Mexico City, and when we showed up at 6am to ask them to hold our luggage, not only did they agree but let us check in several hours early once the room was ready. The room wasn't fancy, but it had everything we needed (AC, wifi, hot water, etc) and the place was clean. All around, a pleasant stay! "
