"It was a handy campanile but we discovered when we got there that is was about to be refurbished. So there was no tea or coffee in the room and fittings were a bit tired. Nonetheless the staff were so kind and helpful so provided us with plenty of tea and coffee."

"Very friendly staff. The rooms and bathrooms although small are clean and comfortable. The pool is also smaller than we thought but the outdoor area is nice and well kept. We ate dinner in the restaurant one evening. The menu is limited but the food is very good. There is ample free parking. "Expensive. Our superior room was on two levels which meant we would have had to go down stairs in the dark for the loo. So we opted for another room with a shower over the bath. The shower head had to be hand held as the bracket attaching it to the vertical rail was loose and so the shower slipped down. The bed was hard.
