"I went with a friend for Oktoberfest in Munich but didn’t want to pay city prices; so that’s how we chose this. Pros: Price. Very quiet. The woman who checked us in was lovely. Lovely neighborhood. The restaurant right down the road (Swagatram, I think) was delicious. Bus stop right out front. Very clean. Cons: Check in time (4pm-6pm) is a bit inconvenient. Check out is at 10am. "The hotel was fine. The staff were very friendly and were patient with our inability to speak the language. The big downside was a lack of air conditioning in the room. There was an a/c control, but we could not get it to work. "

"We stayed for one night in a slightly crazy top floor suite with three single beds in one room, and a single bed in the second room. No air conditioning so it was very hot. The church bells ring every fifteen minutes. Most of the staff were very friendly, though we did have some trouble getting a table for dinner. The kids loved the play area in the beer garden, and the beer was excellent."
