"This is a great hotel - room was comfortable and they have a great bar in the lobby and breakfast options. The only reason for the 4 stars is valet parking is the only option and the valet service was totally overwhelmed and we could not use it. At one point we pulled up and 2 of the 3 lanes of the street were filled with unparked valet cars. There is a garage across the street which we ended up using but you can’t come and go for one price and the time resets at 3am so if you park overnight it...

Our room was spotless when we arrived, however my daughter did find a syringe - whether it was for diabetic purposes or other we are not sure - behind a drawer in her room. While this spot was rather hard to see, we were caught completely off guard and did let staff now right away. The receptionist was helpful and sent someone up to safely...
