"They need to have a better system about the breakfast of knowing who pays beforehand and who doesn’t instead of being treated like someone wasn’t or didn’t pay when in actually reality it was paid for when hotel was booked ! "

"I didn’t like that there were only two bath towels for two people. There was only one bar of soap to share between the shower and the sink."

"This hotel is perfect for a family who wants to visit Yakima. It's centrally located in town, the staff are super nice, the free breakfast is top notch, and the rooms are very well accommodated for a busy family of five with a dog. Will absolutely stay here again, next time we're in town."

"Big space, clean, gift snack/water, quiet. Only complaint is that hotel entry doors are not disabled accessible. No button for power entry and doors are difficult to open. "
