However, the host did not tell us we would be sharing the house with other guests abs this caused a startle with those we found in the house already. The gyser was not working and this was on a 9degree Celsius weather where we had to take a night and morning cold shower. "Very friendly staff. Don’t expect modern luxuries but very comfortable. Lovely large swimming pool. Wi-fi not connected in lodge at time of visit. "

"We stayed in backpacker accommodation (6 adults) which is rustic, but adequate, we had a very reasonably priced meal and a night filled with stars in a beautiful location. There is more upmarket accommodation in rondavels, which is very nice although still rustic. It was a great night away with no South African cell signal, so total peace.
