"I was forced to pay again at the time of check in by the receptionist, even if I paid the charges online. I paid twice for the same service. Absolutely bitter & terrible experience. Will never ever book any hotels through Expedia. Better improve yourself. "

"Hotel was under remodeling which was naturally not advertised during booking, so there was a general look and feel of dust everywhere. There was a general feel of uncleanliness in the family rooms I paid for. The bathroom has an unpleasant smell. The bedsheet was not clean when we walked in but they replaced it right away. The restaurant food was just average, not recommended even for coffee (they offer Nescafé which is a pity considering Kumbakonum degree coffee is amazing). Better to go to...

"Cleanliness was good, room size was decent for 2 adults stay. Only issue was fresh paint smell. As were quite tired upon reaching hotel, didnt raise an issue and settled for same room. Staff were courteous and welcoming. Would prefer this hotel for stay if i visit Tanjavur next time. "

"They checked me in to a room without even make sure it was functional . Bathroom flush handle was broken , no towels , extremely dirty door and sheets . They were dusty and brown No hot water . They later switched my room but again it was equally dirty , I was told to run 2 big buckets of water before you get hot water . Still no hot water in am . Staff are clueless .
