"Super 4 star hotel! Service way beyond what is expected in the Czech Republic. Delicious and nicely plated meals in the restaurant, although it’s not a big menu. Breakfast was good with many options. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom with shower was nice and recently renovated. Adjacent to the hotel is a wine gallery. We ended up wine tasting from 70 different Czech wines and were served a wonderful (and plentiful) BBQ dinner the same evening. Dogs are welcome too! I can really...

"Alles toll. Man kommt abends an und das Zimmer ist angenehm warm. Herrlich. Einzig, dass die Navi Daten nicht zum Hotel passen ist etwas umständlich. Wenn man wirklich mal nachts ankommt und man nicht das kleingedruckte gelesen hat (steht bei Anreise in der Beschreibung), dann findet man das nicht, zumal die Rezeption in einem anderen Hotel ist. "Wohnung entspricht den Bildern. Jedoch ist der Zustand einiger Sachen (Sofa, Sessel, Sofas Dachgeschoss,…) schlecht bis sehr schlecht. Auch die Sauberkeit in der Küche (Dunstabzugshaube) war nicht sonderlich gut. Im allgemeinen machte die Wohnung einen eher zugestellten Eindruck. In Flur standen Sessel rum, welche dort nicht hingehörten und den Flur somit unnutzbar machen, weil einfach vollgestellt. "

"We stopped here for a quick night on a road trip. The hotel was clean with all basic needs and the staff was kind, friendly and did everything she could to meet our needs. A delicious complete breakfast was included in the price, with eggs, fruit and vegetables, yogurts and more. Though spacious. the room was lacking a kettle to make coffee/tea and we could not find a way to turn up the heat. Also, the walls were thin so we could hear everything around us."

"Super friendly and welcoming staff... particularly Natalie at reception. Breakfast spread was quite diverse, delicious and satisfying. Our son is a professional volleyball player for Dukla Liberec, and the arena was very convenient to get to... thanks for the wonderful stay!"
