"It’s central location, yet the loft unit was quiet, facing the parking lot of the adjacent hotel/inn. This hotel has a nice underground parking accessible from behind of the hotel however, do you need instructions at the service desk how to access the underground parking. The unit is clean and basic furniture. It was a lovely one-night stay. "

"Everything about our stay at Basecamp was 5 stars with the only minor exception being parking. With heavy snowfall and the need for larger vehicles in Banff, I wish they’d look into better parking options for SUVs and trucks. The handful of spaces out front are not enough to accommodate and we came very close to damaging our rental trying to navigate other options. Other than that, would happily return! "

"Comfortable clean room, if a little tired. Daily housekeeping was excellent. Fluffy spa robes. Spa is great but again needs a little updating. This was our 3rd time staying here. Room updates are already happening, so will be happy to stay again in the future. "

"Nice property, be aware next to the tracks so trains can be loud. I slept fine, my room mate was woken up. But the bigger issue is the parking spots. They aren't wide enough. We were there 4 days and every spot was too narrow, everyone had to get out before parking so that the driver could park on one side of the spot to be able to get out. Other than the parking (and for light sleepers the trains) it's a great location and nice property "
