" I had a clean, quiet room with a view. The air conditioning works great and is quiet. The beds are comfortable and the WiFi is decent. I had an issue with the door sticking and always causes an alarm when it was stock open. One call and a repormang came within 15 minutes a fixed the problem. Good response time. The hotel area is away from the crowned streets and traffic. Taxes are easy to get. Breakfast is consistently good and abundant and with daily variation of the buffet. Dinner prepared at the hotel is decent and good and priced reasonable . will probably go back here when in Baguio. "

"Beautiful Hotel situated in a nice quiet area of Baguio City…Staff was welcoming, friendly and accommodating, the hotel is gorgeous and all the 5 rooms we booked were so nice. Baguio city is cooler than most cities in the Philippines so they do not have AC and you don’t really need it because they have a cooling fan. The hotel included breakfast which was a beautiful breakfast buffet collection of delicious foods and fruits. Will definitely return. "

"I actually booked the wrong dates and they switched the days for me. The front desk lady was very helpful. The room was clean, fully stocked with shower/bath stuff. No pest issues, all good. It has a restaurant and bar downstairs and another restaurant that actually had some of the best pizza I have had in the Philippines in the last 2 years of being here. The bar downstairs is also open 24/7 in case you get in late and want a late night beverage. "
